As Time Goes By - Bliss

In so many ways I'm a modern kind of girl.  I love my high speed internet, my Starbucks drive-through, and my Blackberry.

When it comes to the things dearest to my heart, however, nostalgia always wins.

• Pastel armories full of history
• Tales of "how we met"
• Crooning talents of Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra
• Old fashioned values of respect and consideration

Ultimate thrill?  The marriage of modern + vintage = heavenly!

I love hearing the old stories of my family.  Yes, even the not-so-glamorous stories {kind of dishy}.  The resemblance of personality and quirks seem to somehow make sense.
